I am an IT consultant and SBS expert. For the last two years I have been working as an IT consultant and provide my services to small to medium sized Microsoft Windows Network. I have had the privilege to work with some well-established IT support companies over the last few years and this has been a really good learning curve for me in order to understand customers needs and business processes.

I am also the Founder and Owner of ITimpulse. ITimpulse provides remote IT support services to SMBs and NOC services to MSPs and VARs.
